Zoning plan (Bebauungsplan) „Ortsmitte Störmthal“ (special recreational use zone) in a second supplementary procedure: out-of-court settlement of all parties on 1 Aug 2025, approval resolution for the third version 20 Apr 2026, public display 4 May – 2 Jun 2026 concluded. The full procedural history — including the invalidity ruling on the first version of 29 Feb 2024 — together with the timetable and documents is disclosed in the data room. The urban development agreement and the servicing design are available; the construction status of the site servicing has been requested from the owner.

Demand evidenced

On Lake Störmthal — approx. two kilometres away — the established LAGOVIDA holiday resort already operates a marina, beach and restaurants; this evidences demand in the region.
